ABOUT US
Belgrade Waterfront is one of the most significant urban development projects in the region, reshaping the way the city lives, grows, and evolves. It is conceived as a long-term vision for creating a modern city center along the Sava River. The project brings together residential living,
business, culture, recreation, and everyday urban life in one place.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND CITY CONNECTIVITY
As part of the project, a total of 16 kilometers of roads with complete infrastructure have been constructed, ensuring functional and long-term connectivity between this area and the wider urban environment.
In the immediate vicinity of the former Main Railway Station, the first two lines of the Belgrade Metro will intersect, with an additional metro station planned on Savska Street, near the Ložionica complex. This makes Belgrade Waterfront one of the best-connected urban areas in the city.

GREEN AREAS AND PUBLIC AMENITIES
Sava Park is one of the largest green oases in Belgrade and a key gathering place within the project. Its special value lies in the riverside promenades, including the linear park Green Corridor, which connects the Sava riverbanks with Topčider Park, creating generous spaces for walking, recreation, and outdoor activities, along with new cycling paths.
In addition, the new Belgrade Waterfront Marina district brings an extension of the Sava Promenada all the way to Ada Ciganlija, giving Belgrade a continuous riverside walkway with a total length of 4.2 kilometers.
CULTURE AND HERITAGE
Following the reconstruction of the Old Post Office building at Sava Square, its original facade will be restored, while the interior will house a theatre and the Archaeological Museum. In addition, the redevelopment of the former Milan Vapa Paper Factory will create a new home for the Nikola Tesla Museum, with capacities several times larger than the current ones, enabling the exhibition of a significant part of the collections that have so far been inaccessible to the public.
Through the transformation of Hall 1 into an opera house, Belgrade gains one of the most important cultural centres in the region, featuring three stages: an opera stage, a theatre, and a cabaret.
LIFE, COMMUNITY AND THE ENERGY OF THE CITY
In the area behind Sava Square, a modern primary school and kindergarten have already been built, with plans for a total of three primary schools and 16 kindergartens, providing capacity for more than 3,000 children.
Belgrade Waterfront also includes significant hospitality and commercial amenities, such as the reopened Hotel Bristol, The St. Regis Belgrade, and a new hotel in the zone between Gazela Bridge and Vojvode Mišića Boulevard. In close proximity to Gazela is the Gastro Market, a modern green market covering 16,000 m².
The project’s tourism potential is reflected in the Galerija shopping mall, which recorded over 19 million visits in the past year, as well as in major events and manifestations that attract both local and international audiences.

We present a new chapter of life by the Sava! Belgrade Waterfront Marina will feature a modern yacht club with an outdoor riverside pool, an opera house, the Belgrade Eye observation wheel, an extension of the Sava Promenada, along with a new architectural icon standing approximately 120 meters tall.
