OPERA HOUSE AT
BELGRADE WATERFRONT MARINA
With the transformation of Hall 1 into an opera house, Belgrade Waterfront Marina gains one of the most significant cultural centers in the region. A new cultural district will emerge around the opera, dedicated to music, performing arts, and major national and international productions, with a central square designed as a vibrant venue for open-air events and gatherings.
The heart of the neighborhood will also feature a grand avenue with two traffic lanes in each direction, wide sidewalks, three rows of trees, and generous shaded areas, creating a refined urban environment.
An underground garage is planned in front of Hall 1, preserving the pedestrian character of the area while ensuring optimal functionality and accessibility.

BELGRADE EYE,
PROMENADES & PARKS
Belgrade Waterfront Marina brings the extension of the Sava Promenada all the way to Ada Ciganlija, creating a continuous riverfront walkway with a total length of 4.2 kilometers. While preserving its distinctive identity, the promenade is enriched withadditional greenery, tree-lined paths, landscaped park areas, and carefully designed spaces for rest and relaxation by the water.
Along the promenade, cycling paths, cafés, and restaurants unfold, while “25. maj” and Ada Ciganlija will be connected by a seamless pedestrian route along the Sava River. On the New Belgrade riverbank, between the future pedestrian bridge and Gazela Bridge, the panoramic wheel Belgrade Eye is planned as a new city and tourist landmark—an emblem of a contemporary Belgrade oriented toward open, accessible public spaces.
